Welcome to Frenchlit.org. As an online French school, our primary services are digital and do not require physical shipping. This policy outlines our procedures for delivering our online courses, as well as the rare instances where physical shipping may be involved.
1. Delivery of Online Services
Our core services, including all online French classes and course materials, are delivered digitally.

Access: Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions on how to access your online courses and membership benefits.

No Physical Shipment: There are no physical items to be shipped for our standard online courses or membership subscriptions.
2. Physical Products (If Applicable)
In rare cases, Frenchlit.org may offer physical products, such as textbooks, study guides, or merchandise. If this is the case, the following policy applies to those specific items only:

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You will see the total shipping cost before you complete your purchase.

Processing Time: Orders for physical products are typically processed within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a separate email notification once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method you select at checkout and your location. We will provide an estimated delivery window. Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping: We may offer international shipping to select countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be incurred upon delivery. Frenchlit.org is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

3. In-Person Classes
For the rare in-person classes provided on a by-request basis, there is no physical shipping involved. All arrangements, including location, schedule, and any necessary materials, will be handled directly with you by a Frenchlit.org representative.
4. Shipping Address and Issues

Correct Address: It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address you provide for any physical products is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost or Damaged Items: If a physical product is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@frenchlit.org within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
